Summary: The People Care Advisor role in Sunbury is a 6-month hybrid contract focused on providing HR support and guidance related to People & Culture policies. The advisor serves as the first point of contact for employees and managers, addressing various HR queries and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires expertise in policy and process management to enhance employee experience throughout the employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for employees, line managers, and people advisors.
- Support full employee life cycle query resolution via live channels.
- Handle life event, time and attendance, reward, performance, and compensation queries.
- Coach line managers through employee relations queries.
- Provide exit guidance and follow defined problem and incident management processes.
- Proactively seek advice on unclear processes and suggest solutions.
- Support new joiners, movers, and leavers with enhanced care services.
- Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities.
- Support knowledge creation and maintenance.
- Assist in global change and implementation projects.
- Support cyclical people and culture activities.
