Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal and regulatory advice on business banking products, unsecured lending, and financial services regulation.
- Identifying and managing legal risk in response to regulatory developments.

- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Engaging with internal stakeholders, regulators, and industry bodies to shape legal and regulatory policies.
Key Skills:
- Solicitor with 5+ years PQE, ideally in financial services, banking, or regulatory law.
