Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in providing legal advice on carbon storage, hydrogen licensing, oil and gas licensing, and compliance matters.
• Supporting the development and implementation of projects, guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Drafting and reviewing regulatory documents, including licenses and consents.
• Responding to queries from internal stakeholders and providing updates on new legislation.
• Participating in engagement meetings with key stakeholders across the NSTA.

Key Skills:

• Qualified solicitor or advocate/barrister in Scotland and/or England & Wales.
• Post qualification work experience as a solicitor or barrister/advocate.
