Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the clinical audit and improvement team and act as the lead specialist for clinical audit and improvement.
- Support the development and prioritization of the clinical audit and improvement program aligned with trust objectives and national guidance.
- Facilitate best practices in clinical audit and improvement, providing technical support to clinicians and managers.
- Lead staff education and training related to clinical audit and quality improvement.
- Monitor compliance with national guidance and report findings to governance structures.
- Coordinate the clinical audit and improvement strategy and maintain accurate project records.
- Oversee project management of the clinical audit and improvement program, ensuring effective delegation and prioritization.

- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
