Summary: As a Learning & Development Executive, you will assist the L&D Manager in delivering effective learning services, focusing on coordinating training programs and managing learning systems. Your role involves ensuring a seamless learner experience through effective communication and administration across multiple projects. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and facilitators to support the execution of training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the learner journey, including registration, notifications, user accounts, and reporting.
- Support the L&D Manager in coordinating project tasks and resources across multiple clients.
- Help manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate course creation and reporting.
- Provide first-line support for learners and clients, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience.
- Assist in preparing and distributing training materials, including digital content and communications.
- Track training progress and compile reports for internal and client stakeholders.
- Support the onboarding of new learner cohorts and coordinate with facilitators to ensure effective communication.
- Maintain training schedules, book sessions, and liaise with external training providers as needed.
- Participate in internal and client meetings to support learning program planning and execution.
Key Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in an L&D, HR, or training coordination role.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training platforms.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), HubSpot, and Office 365.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with Articulate Rise or other e-learning authoring tools (desirable but not essential).
