Summary: This role is for a Learning & Development Advisor on a temporary contract, covering a period of absence for 8-10 weeks. The position involves developing and delivering learning activities both online and in person within a public-facing organization. The role is hybrid, requiring work both in the Bradford office and from home, with occasional travel to Peterborough. The ideal candidate should have experience in OD, L&D, or Training within an HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver learning activities both online and in person.

Do you have experience working in Learning & Development and/or Training delivery?

Are you immediately available for a temporary contract, to cover a period of absence?

This position would be the perfect stop gap for someone who is in between roles, covering a period of absence for 8-10 weeks.

Working for an amazing public-facing organisation, as part of a top tier HR & Development team, helping to develop and deliver learning activities both online and in person.

This is a hybrid role working 50/50 between offices in Bradfordand working from home. There might be some very occasional travel to their other office in Peterborough.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience of working in OD, L&D or Training as part of a wider HR team
  • Previous use of LMS and eLearning software such as Articulate or similar
  • Comfortable delivering training and also doing training evaluations, training needs analysis (TNA), etc.

Salary £33,200 for this full time position - it's a brilliant role that will get involved in lots of different projects, particularly around employee wellbeing.
