Summary: The Lead Service Designer will work for a healthcare organization in Wales on a day rate contract, focusing on developing design concepts and mentoring others within a newly formed User-Centered Design (UCD) Team. This role involves significant responsibility across complex services, including Vaccine and Pharmacy Services, and requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. The position is hybrid, requiring two days per month in the office. The role is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with service managers and programme directors to develop design concepts.
• Influence and mentor others within the UCD Team.
• Lead the delivery of complex service and product design projects.
• Set direction and embed good practice within the team.
