Summary: The Lead Business Consultant will spearhead consulting engagements within Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial IT, focusing on translating business goals into actionable strategies. This role requires deep domain knowledge in the Medical/Pharma sector to guide platform configuration and process redesign. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and value delivery across the product and data life cycle. The position is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the office, with travel to site locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business consulting engagements within Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial IT.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on content management, medical compliance, digital transformation, and customer engagement platforms.
  • Guide platform configuration, process redesign, and solution architecture using domain knowledge in the Medical/Pharma space.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment and value delivery.
  • Provide business leadership across key platforms including Veeva Vault, Salesforce Health Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, and AWS.
  • Support niche platform utilization and contribute to strategic planning and change management.
  • Maintain continuity of domain knowledge through team stability and ongoing upskilling.

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in business consulting or solution advisory roles in the medical, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of regulatory processes and compliance frameworks (GxP, HIPAA, ABPI).
  • Experience with Veeva Vault, Salesforce, Adobe Experience tools, and AWS.
  • Familiarity with Docuvera and iEnvision platforms.
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience in stakeholder workshops and executive presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across global teams.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
