Senior Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Summary: The Senior Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the cost-effective sale of Shared Ownership properties within the Group's Development programme. This temporary role, which may extend beyond December 2025, is situated in the Development department focused on affordable housing and regeneration projects across the UK. The position requires recent experience in Shared Ownership Sales and strong project management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities are essential for success in this role.
