Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirements elicitation and functional design for business analysis tasks.
- Communicate requirements clearly to developers and stakeholders.
- Utilize Agile engineering practices such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Manage requirements using JIRA and Confluence.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure delivery with minimal supervision.
- Facilitate communication with users from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Gather requirements and resolve queries from business stakeholders including trading desks and Middle Office.
- Apply knowledge of SQL and RDBMS databases in analysis tasks.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Understanding of Investment Banking products (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX).
- Knowledge of the Trade Lifecycle and Capital markets.
- Strong problem-solving and functional design skills.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies.
