Agile Coach

Summary: The Agile Coach role at Santander UK involves delivering coaching, training, and mentoring to Agile squads as the organization transitions to Agile methodologies. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Milton Keynes, with a hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities:

• Support Agile squads in delivering value, quality, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with other Agile coaches to promote Agile understanding across the business.
• Assist teams in understanding the benefits of limiting work in progress and focusing on value delivery.
• Champion the Agile mindset and build relationships with squads at various stages of their Agile journey.
• Build and deliver training for Agile roles such as Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
• Grow Lean and Agile communities within the organization through practice sharing and development groups.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience as a Scrum Master in multiple teams and contexts.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of Agile teachings and approaches.
• Rich set of facilitation, training, mentoring, and coaching tools and techniques.
• Experience in teaching and coaching Agile practices like user story mapping.
• Passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
