About Us In a nutshell, we're all about making the world of wine a better place. We fund and source directly from independent winemakers to bring customers better quality wine for a better price. No thirsty middlemen as far as the eye can see. It's a different way of doing things, sure. But it works. We're one of the UK's favourite wine clubs, shipping over 1 million (!) cases a year to curious wine lovers. And with an ambitious road ahead, we've got no plans on plugging the cork on growth. Our global team (we have offices in the US and Australia, too) is entrepreneurial by nature, obsessive about customer experience and driven by performance. All things that make Naked a great place to grow both personally and professionally. And yes, we like wine. A lot.
It takes a village to be Naked. That's why we're always on the lookout for a motivated and organised Junior Project Manager to join our Digital Team on a 6 month fixed term contract. If you're organised, good at keeping things moving, and excited to learn how digital projects come to life — this could be the perfect role for you.
In this role, you'll help make sure projects run smoothly, starting with work related to improving our website and tracking how our marketing performs. You'll work closely with different teams, helping them stay on track, solve problems, and focus on what matters most. It's a great opportunity if you're early in your career and want to gain experience in:
- Working on digital projects
- Learning how teams collaborate in fast-paced environments
- Using data to make decisions and drive growth
You don't need to have a project management background — just a positive attitude, strong communication skills, good experience working in an office environment and a desire to learn and get stuck in.
Location & Flexible Working You'll be based in London or Norwich. We work hybrid - 2 days per week in your main office, plus one visit to the other office each month.

- Confident tracking tasks, timelines, and dependencies across multiple workstreams/teams
- Currently using tools like excel comfortably and are willing to learn to use tools like Jira, Smartsheet, and Google Sheets
- Experienced in keeping documentation up to date and sharing clear, structured updates with teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, design, engineering, analytics) and contributing to agile ceremonies like standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
