Summary: The Junior Data and Reporting Analyst role involves providing first line support and maintenance for business systems within a large utility sector client. The position requires managing support requests, conducting audits, and generating reports using SQL Server and Excel. The role is hybrid, based in Cardiff, and is expected to last for 6 months. Key Responsibilities:
- Do reporting using SQL Server and Excel (mandatory)

- Take responsibility for the design, development and validation of ad hoc MIS reports and statistics, both for management and to assist the business carry out their daily tasks
- Respond to a high demand of support requests
- Ensure all agreed audits related to the support tasks are carried out and kept up to date
Key Skills:

My large client in the utility sector is currently looking for a contractor who is able to provide first line support and maintenance for all business systems. You'll be responsible for managing each request received via the support mailbox, from the first point of contact until resolution. In addition, typical duties will include responding to a high demand of support requests, managing communication with second line support / third parties, address training issues, review support documentation and conduct scheduled audits.
In this role you will:
