Summary: We are looking for a CRM Data Analyst to join our Global Customer team in London on a fixed-term contract. The role involves leveraging data to enhance customer engagement and optimize CRM strategies, requiring collaboration with various teams and the use of advanced analytics tools. The ideal candidate should possess both technical skills and business acumen, particularly in the luxury and fashion sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver data visualisation and reporting solutions for stakeholders.
  • Support data cleansing and data quality improvement activities.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance business reports and dashboards.
  • Manage and respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests from various teams.
  • Extract, manipulate, and analyse data from enterprise data platforms.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working with modern data warehouse technologies, ideally Databricks or Snowflake.
  • Strong data querying and coding capabilities.
  • Experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Looker and Tableau.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholder requests.

Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled CRM Data Analyst to join our growing Global Customer team. In this role, you will leverage data to drive meaningful customer engagement, optimize CRM strategies, and support the brand's ambition to deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will work closely with CRM, Data Science, and Digital teams to translate data into actionable insights, using advanced analytics tools and coding in Databricks to structure and analyse large datasets. The ideal candidate has a balance of technical expertise and business acumen, with a passion for the luxury and fashion industry
