Summary: The role of a Construction Technology Analyst is designed for an entry-level candidate eager to support the adoption and improvement of digital tools in construction operations. The position involves collaboration with field teams and project managers to ensure effective use of technology platforms and accurate data management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing tool adoption and driving technology implementation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and administer construction technology platforms such as SafetyCulture, EPT, DPM, and mobile field productivity applications.
  • Assist field users with tool setup, troubleshooting, and general usage questions.
  • Work directly with crews, project teams, and stakeholders to improve technology adoption and adherence.
  • Review and monitor data entered into various construction systems.
  • Verify completion of required inspections, reports, surveys, and field documentation.
  • Follow up with project teams and vendors when information is missing or incomplete.
  • Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain inspection and reporting templates.
  • Monitor daily field reports and inspection submissions.
  • Track compliance and usage metrics.
  • Partner with field teams to improve reporting processes and user adoption.
  • Support change control and data management processes within DPM.
  • Coordinate the collection, validation, and maintenance of project data.
  • Assist with workflow improvements and process documentation.
  • Help ensure data is flowing properly between operational systems and reporting teams.
  • Communicate with software vendors regarding support requests and system improvements.
  • Coordinate issue resolution and follow-up activities.
  • Serve as a liaison between business users, field operations, vendors, and reporting teams.
  • Support data integration efforts between operational tools and reporting platforms.
  • Assist reporting teams with data validation and quality assurance activities.
  • Help identify opportunities for process improvements through reporting and analytics.
  • Contribute to dashboard and reporting initiatives.

Key Skills:

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 0-3 years of experience in construction, field operations, construction technology, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Basic exposure to the construction industry (internships, field experience, labor, project support, etc.).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable learning and supporting software applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Internship or work experience in construction, engineering, utilities, civil construction, or project controls preferred.
  • Exposure to construction management software, field reporting systems, or mobile applications used by crews preferred.
  • Experience supporting technology users in a field environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with data validation, reporting, or process documentation preferred.
  • Basic Power BI knowledge or interest in learning data visualization and reporting tools preferred.
  • Understanding of construction workflows, inspections, safety processes preferred.

We are seeking a motivated, entry-level Construction Technology Analyst to support the adoption, administration, and continuous improvement of digital tools used across our construction operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with exposure to the construction industry who is interested in construction technology, field operations, data management, and process improvement.
The successful candidate will work closely with field teams, project managers, vendors, and reporting teams to ensure construction technology platforms are being utilized effectively, data is entered accurately, and business processes are followed consistently.
This role is highly visible and focused on "meeting users where they are" by supporting field personnel, encouraging tool adoption, and helping drive successful technology implementation across the organization.


Key Responsibilities
Construction Technology Support
* Support and administer construction technology platforms such as:
o SafetyCulture
o EPT
o DPM
o Mobile field productivity and progress tracking applications
* Assist field users with tool setup, troubleshooting, and general usage questions.
* Work directly with crews, project teams, and stakeholders to improve technology adoption and adherence.


Data Quality & Compliance
* Review and monitor data entered into various construction systems.
* Verify completion of required inspections, reports, surveys, and field documentation.
* Follow up with project teams and vendors when information is missing or incomplete.
