Summary: The Junior CRP Audit Consultant role involves conducting audits of customer processes and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, particularly in the Public Sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct audits of customer's processes and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as CAF and Go Assure.
- Lead audit teams in conducting thorough and accurate audits, ensuring that all findings are properly documented and reported.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations and work collaboratively with management to develop and implement effective corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of audit activities, including audit reports and documentation of corrective actions taken.
- Stay current with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to auditing, compliance, and risk management.
Key Skills:
- Relevant ISO certifications; ISO27001 Lead Auditor or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years' experience in auditing, compliance, or risk management in the Public Sector, particularly Defence.
- Strong understanding of NCSC CAF V3.2/V4.0.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate team members
