Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Implementation Consultant to lead the local deployment of ServiceNow's IT Service Management capabilities, ensuring compliance with DORA (EU) regulatory requirements. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver end-to-end implementations of ITSM modules. The consultant will provide architecture guidance and best practices throughout the implementation life cycle. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and modules is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the local implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Oversee integration with outsourcing partner and ensure compliance with DORA regulations
- Configure and optimise ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into robust solutions
- Provide architecture guidance and best practice advice throughout the implementation life cycle
- Deliver documentation, knowledge transfer, and support go-live activities
Key Skills:
- Strong ServiceNow platform and architecture knowledge
- Proven end-to-end ServiceNow implementation experience (ITSM modules)
- Deep understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request processes
- Experience working with external vendors/outsourcing partners
- Familiarity with DORA compliance requirements (EU)
