Summary: The IT Support Officer role at South Liverpool Homes involves working within the IT Service Desk to ensure the availability and functionality of IT systems. Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar role within an IT Service Desk, delivering a great customer experience and managing incidents and service requests. We'll want you to be on site in our office in Liverpool for 4 days per week, to make sure we stay close to our colleagues and technologies. You’re not expected to be an expert in everything, but you’ll already have knowledge of some of the following: Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, Managing laptops, Managing mobile devices, Managing Printers, Windows server administration, Azure, Networking, Orchard Housing Enterprise and similar housing applications.
