Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure desktops, servers, and networking hardware

  • Maintain detailed records of support requests and outcomes using internal ticketing systems

Key Skills:

  • 0-1 years of experience in an IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of PC, laptop, and server hardware
  • Practical experience with Windows Server 2008/2012
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Practical experience with Networking & Active Directory
  • Practical experience with desktop operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10; macOS)
  • Practical experience with Apple/MAC devices, Citrix environments
