Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure desktops, servers, and networking hardware
- Perform onsite troubleshooting and equipment repairs where possible
- Respond to and resolve user support requests in person and remotely
- Maintain detailed records of support requests and outcomes using internal ticketing systems
Key Skills:
- 0-1 years of experience in an IT support role
- Strong knowledge of PC, laptop, and server hardware
- Practical experience with Windows Server 2008/2012
- Practical experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Practical experience with Networking & Active Directory
- Practical experience with desktop operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10; macOS)
- Practical experience with Apple/MAC devices, Citrix environments
- Industry certifications such as MCP, MCITP, A+, CCENT (desirable)
- Experience in working within data center environments (desirable)
- Exposure to ticketing systems and ITIL frameworks (desirable)
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree in a relevant IT or Engineering discipline
