  • 2nd Line Support/EUC/Tech Bar experience
  • Windows 10/11 device builds and deployments
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Windows Autopilot
  • SCCM/MECM
  • ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills
