Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess third-party documentation for effective technology control policies and procedures.
  • Support enhancement of processes focusing on technology resilience controls.
  • Utilize risk and control experience in technology IT Service Management.
  • Implement controls and processes for IT Application/Service Design, Build, Test, Release.
  • Manage controls and processes for BAU Operations including Change, patching, IT Asset & Inventory Management, Logging, Monitoring, and Alerting.
  • Oversee controls and processes for disruption such as Incident Management and IT Service Continuity Management.
  • Communicate clearly and accurately with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Our client requires an experienced Service Management Business Analyst to assess third party documentation for evidence of effective technology control policy/procedures and support enhancement of process, focussing on technology resilience controls.

You will need demonstrable experience of:

  • Risk and control experience
  • Knowledge/experience of technology IT Service Management controls and associated processes, including:
    • Controls and processes for IT Application/Service Design, Build, Test, Release
    • Controls and processes for BAU Operations such as Change, patching, IT Asset & Inventory Management, Logging, Monitoring and Alerting
    • Controls and processes for disruption such as Incident Management, IT Service Continuity Management
  • The focus is on technology resilience controls, rather than those that focus on information/cybersecurity
  • ITIL experience, qualification helpful
  • Evidence of high standards of clarity and accuracy in oral communications & written materials to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Flexible and collaborative team-working
