Summary: As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will serve as the primary contact for IT-related inquiries in a dynamic company, ensuring smooth IT operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, onboarding new users, and collaborating with various teams to meet IT service needs. This temporary role runs from mid-March to mid-May 2025 and is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and problem-solving. You will also contribute to IT projects and maintain a secure IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing best-in-class, white-glove support to end users.
  • Managing day-to-day service desk operations.
  • Onboarding and offboarding user accounts.
  • Managing company assets.
  • Creating and updating training material and documentation.
  • Providing hardware support, hands-on testing, and desk setups.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working on a service desk providing first-line support for end users.
  • Experience working within an ITSM.
  • Experience managing user accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 E5 application stack.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure.
  • Exposure to Windows Server.
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking.
  • Exposure to PowerShell & scripting.
  • Strong analytical and logical troubleshooting skills.
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to manage workloads.
