Summary: The IT Service Design & Transition Lead role involves leading service design and transition projects for a global media business, focusing on the M365 stack and ServiceNow. The position requires expertise in ITIL, Visio, and cloud environments, with an emphasis on documenting best practices and architecting solutions. This is a senior-level contract position for an initial duration of six months, starting in early November, and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead service design and transition projects for the M365 stack.

You will have strong ServiceNow experience combined with M365 stack, ITIL, Visio and ITSM practices.
