Summary: The IT Project Manager will lead a small team within the Improvement Department, managing two key transformation projects aimed at enhancing employee experience and optimizing service operations. This role requires strong stakeholder management and governance skills, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget. The position is based in Derby on a hybrid model, requiring 2-3 days in the office per week. The contract is for an initial duration of 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrating strong stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Strong experience in Governance and Control, implementing and maintaining governance and control processes to ensure project success.
  • Leading and managing projects to time and cost, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.
  • Enhancing the employee experience and streamlining service operations for maximum efficiency.
  • Developing and maintaining project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the company goals.
