Summary: This role seeks an exceptional IT Project Manager to lead a strategic initiative in a luxury vehicle manufacturer's digital transformation. The position involves managing vendor transitions and ensuring seamless integration of services across IT and business units. The role is hybrid, requiring three days on-site each week, with a current end date of June 30, 2026, and a likelihood of extension. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a deep understanding of business change processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a high-impact programme for the transition of contractually agreed services into live operation.
- Collaborate with IT, business units, vendors, and external partners for seamless integration.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the transition from existing suppliers to new ones.
- Lead complex IT programmes in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Support Commercial and Legal teams in SLAs and contract negotiations.
- Translate technical concepts into business language for effective communication.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in vendor management and service transitions.
- Prince 2 certification and knowledge of waterfall project management processes.
- Deep understanding of business change processes.
- Expertise in digital transformation and IT infrastructure.
- Strong leadership and influence skills to engage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

What You'll Be Leading: You’ll take charge of a high-impact programme, steering the transition of contractually agreed services into live operation. You’ll collaborate across IT, business units, vendors, and external partners to deliver seamless integration and enterprise-wide change.
What You’ll Bring: Prince 2, waterfall project management process. Change Management Insight: Deep understanding of business change processes and how to de-risk service transitions effectively. Digital Transformation Expertise: Proven success leading complex IT programmes across large-scale enterprise environments. Technical Depth: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and integration strategies. Leadership & Influence: Ability to unite cross-functional teams and engage senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Business & Commercial Acumen: Skilled in supporting Commercial and Legal teams, especially around SLAs and contract negotiations. Communication Mastery: Able to translate technical concepts into business language, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
