IT Project Manager

We’re recruiting for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead a major ERP implementation and other strategic IT initiatives for a well-established, £500m turnover business based in South Yorkshire.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who can manage complex projects, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive transformation across business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of ERP and related IT systems
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement, and requirements gathering
• Align IT solutions with finance, procurement, and commercial processes
• Drive change management and user adoption strategies
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and data security standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience delivering ERP implementations in complex environments
• Strong understanding of finance and procurement processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
• Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, ITIL, Agile) are desirable
• Experience of delivering similar projects in a manufacturing, construction, engineering or related industry.
