Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full project lifecycle – from planning to execution
- Coordinating internal teams, third parties and external vendors
- Ensuring systems, infrastructure and operations are delivered and ready
- Handling budgets, risks, and resources across both office launches
- Working closely with stakeholders across multiple countries
- Following established PMO processes and reporting into senior management
Key Skills:
- 3+ years in project delivery, ideally across IT and business change
- Hands-on experience managing set-ups or geo-expansion work
- Strong communicator – able to report clearly and keep stakeholders aligned
- Confident juggling multiple workstreams and priorities
- Comfortable working with tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence and MS Project
- Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP etc.) preferred
- Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus
