Summary: Our client is seeking an IT Procurement Manager for a six-month contract, primarily remote with occasional site travel. Our client is looking for a IT Procurement Manager to join their team on a six month initial contract, working mostly remote with occasional travel to site. This role is Inside IR35.

Key Attributes:
The successful candidate is likely to have experience working across multiple sectors and must be able to demonstrate capability in the following attributes though these are not all necessarily required for this specific role.
· Be a team player
· Have good stakeholder management skills
· Sourcing experience - capable of running an RFx process, with good IT knowledge including hardware, software and services, and understand current market trends
· Preparation of, or assisting in the preparation, of category plans and driving savings, whilst aligning with client's strategies
· Vendor management, including relationship management, performance management, benchmarking · Contract management including negotiating and implementing new contracts, licence agreements, sub-contracts with back-to-back client terms, amendments, addendums and novations
· Excellent Interpersonal skills both verbal and written when dealing with internal and external clients
· Experience in supporting bid opportunities relating to Procurement scope.
