Summary: Asset One Partners LLP is seeking motivated Inventory Consultants to assist experienced consultants on offshore projects in the UKCS, mobilising from Aberdeen. The role offers hands-on experience in inventory management and materials control, ideal for individuals with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Candidates will support various inventory-related tasks while working closely with offshore teams. Offshore survival and medical certification is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support stores layout changes under the guidance of senior Consultants.
- Assist with physical stock counts of spare parts and critical equipment.
- Help update IBM Maximo Item Master Data (training and support will be provided; prior knowledge an advantage).
- Carry out labelling and identification of stock items.
- Work closely with offshore teams to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate completion of tasks.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or materials handling is desirable but not essential.
- Familiarity with inventory systems (IBM Maximo or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Offshore survival and medical certification (BOSIET / FOET and OGUK Medical) required.
- Right to work in the UK and ability to mobilise from Aberdeen.
