Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and post job advertisements to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as maintaining records and preparing reports.
  • Source specialist candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
