Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of HR efficiency projects, including process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Support employer branding efforts by contributing to the development and implementation of branding strategies and campaigns.
- Participate in employee engagement activities, such as organizing events, conducting surveys, and analyzing feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of HR projects.
- Conduct research and provide insights on HR trends and best practices.
- Prepare executive presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes to senior leadership within Group HR.
