Key Responsibilities:
- Provide interim finance services and project-focused accounting support to clients.
- Collaborate with client finance teams on-site or remotely.
- Prepare half and full-year-end accounts and manage audit liaison.
- Consolidate group accounts and handle intercompany accounting.
- Ensure financial reporting compliance under IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, or international GAAP.
- Prepare year-end statutory accounts and audits.
Key Skills:
- Fully qualified member of a professional accounting body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience in industry with companies having an annual turnover of over £50m, preferably within a listed FTSE business.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting practices.
- Experience in preparing monthly management accounts.
- Knowledge of group accounts consolidation and intercompany accounting.
Salary (Rate): 650
