Your new role
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of capital projects-from initial planning and site evaluation through to procurement, delivery, and post-project review. You'll manage budgets, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Your ability to monitor performance, manage risk, and maintain robust documentation will be key to success.
You'll also play a strategic role in stakeholder engagement, working closely with elected members, service users, and external partners to align project outcomes with broader organisational goals. Leadership is central to this position-you'll line manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and support staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring best practice in cost management and contract administration.
