- Support technical development approaches balancing cost, quality, and risk.
- Identify and manage technical risks, issues, and dependencies (RAIDs).
Key Skills:
- Certified Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Agile delivery experience in financial services or similarly regulated sectors.
- Technical experience in software design and development.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and servant leadership.
- Knowledge of full SDLC and ability to manage change backlogs.

This is a hands-on role requiring proven experience in Agile environments and a solid understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle. You will play a key role in guiding Agile teams, maintaining the change backlog, facilitating ceremonies, and driving technical delivery in a fast-paced, financial services environment.
