Summary: The Interim Reward Manager role in London offers an opportunity to work within a fast-paced FMCG environment, managing two direct reports and reporting to the Head of Reward. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage two direct reports and oversee Reward activities.
  • Conduct pay benchmarking, job design, and evaluation.
  • Facilitate salary reviews, benefits, incentives, global assignments, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Utilize KornFerry and PayNet Job Evaluation & Benchmarking tools.
  • Implement share-based incentive plans and pay review processes for both weekly and salaried employees.

Key Skills:

  • Experience as an Interim Reward Manager in a blue-collar unionised environment.
  • Knowledge of food manufacturing is desirable.
  • Familiarity with share-based incentive plans (LTIP, DABP).
  • Experience with pay review processes for both weekly and salaried employees.
  • Proficiency in KornFerry and PayNet Job Evaluation & Benchmarking tools.

Interim Reward Manager London £550 to £600 per day (Inside IR35) If you enjoy working in the FMCG sector this would be a great contract for you. The business is highly successful, employing over 15,000 people around the world. No two days are the same; this is a fast paced business. This is a hybrid role, 3 days on site in London, the other two days working from home. Previous management experience would be beneficial as you would have two direct reports to manage. Reporting into the Head of Reward, you will be accountable for a range of Reward activities such as pay benchmarking, job design and evaluation, salary reviews; benefits; incentives; global assignments, recognition, and wellbeing.
