Summary: The role of Part-Time HR Project Manager involves leading specific HR projects to modernize and strengthen people practices in the Care sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on the implementation of changes arising from the Employment Rights Bill by reviewing, updating and streamlining relevant HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance to managers and teams on updated HR processes and compliance requirements.
- Support additional HR projects as needed, such as policy audits, employee engagement, people development and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and external advisors to ensure best practice across the organisation.

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for getting the details right and supporting meaningful work in the Care sector? We’re looking for a Part-Time HR Project Manager to help us strengthen and modernise our people practices.
About The Role
Working closely with our HR leadership and wider HR Team, you’ll take the lead on specific projects such as reviewing, updating, and aligning our policies and procedures with legislation affected by the up-coming Employment Rights Bill changes and related developments in employment law. You’ll also support a range of ad hoc HR projects , helping us ensure our practices remain compliant, consistent, and centred around our people and the high-quality care we provide.
