Summary: The Interim HR Business Partner role at a leading global manufacturing business in Droitwich is a stand-alone position focused on managing the full people life cycle for a busy site. Reporting to the HR Director, the role involves handling operational HR matters, supporting recruitment, employee relations, and collaborating on HR initiatives and strategy. This interim position is expected to last for 9-12 months and requires a generalist HR background. The role is fully office-based due to the nature of the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all relevant HR administration tasks for the site
- Support with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations casework
- Assist the HR Director and global team with HR projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with the SLT on-site to support the People Strategy aligned with commercial objectives
- Oversee management of the HRIS
- Drive continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures as necessary
Key Skills:
- Proven background in a similar HR role
- Comfortable in a stand-alone HR position
- Experience with all aspects of HR from administration to strategic collaboration
- Ideally hold CIPD level 5 or above
