Summary: The People/HR Operations Executive/Administrator role is a remote-first position with a London office, focused on supporting key HR functions within a dynamic and fast-growing company. The ideal candidate will assist with onboarding, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR operations while contributing to HR transformations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting onboarding, employment checks, and compliance in a high-volume setting
  • Managing benefits administration, including annual leave policy alignment
  • Handling HR systems and employee queries via a ticketing system
  • Providing administrative support for contractual changes and M&A-related policy alignment
  • Assisting with day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle

Key Skills:

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience using HiBob HRIS (preferred but not essential)
  • Previous exposure to M&A environments and policy alignment
  • Strong administrative skills, particularly in handling contractual changes and policy updates
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR technology
  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it)
