Summary: The People/HR Operations Executive/Administrator role is a remote-first position with a London office, focused on supporting key HR functions within a dynamic and fast-growing company. The position is a 3-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension, requiring strong organizational skills to manage various HR operations in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will assist with onboarding, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR operations while contributing to HR transformations. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting onboarding, employment checks, and compliance in a high-volume setting
- Managing benefits administration, including annual leave policy alignment
- Handling HR systems and employee queries via a ticketing system
- Providing administrative support for contractual changes and M&A-related policy alignment
- Assisting with day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle
Key Skills:
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using HiBob HRIS (preferred but not essential)
- Previous exposure to M&A environments and policy alignment
- Strong administrative skills, particularly in handling contractual changes and policy updates
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR technology
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it)
