Summary: The Interim Head of HR will lead the HR function of a health and social care charity during a transformation phase, focusing on modernizing the department and managing TUPE and merger activities. This role requires a strong technical background and hands-on capability to implement HR strategies and processes effectively. The position is based in London and offers hybrid working arrangements. The successful candidate will be expected to start within the next month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the overall HR function
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and processes
- Lead the ongoing implementation of a HRIS
- Manage a HR team: coaching and upskilling
- Support an organisation through a large transformation period
- Modernise and transform the HR function
- Lead and coordinate the ongoing implementation of engagement activities
- Look at maintenance and system improvements
- Build organisational capabilities, behaviours and structures
- Lead change management activity including merger and TUPE processes
- Conduct strong investigation into data with high attention to detail
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in the health and social care sector, public or NHS desirable
- Experience operating at a strategic and operational level with transformation experience
- Previous merger and TUPE experience desirable
- Strong technical hands-on experience
- Available to start within the next month
