Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the commercial growth strategy and P&L ownership for all Flora Professional & Industrial Sales UKI channels and customer groups across the UK & Ireland.
  • Accelerating penetration in high-growth segments such as QSR, LSR, Informal Eating Out, and Industrials, while reinforcing foodservice foundations.
  • Supporting and directing a cross-functional team spanning account management, customer development, marketing, and operational execution.
  • Driving customer-centric innovation and activating the NPD pipeline with a practical understanding of culinary, category, and technical needs.
  • Representing the UKI Flora Professional & Industrial Sales business internally and ensuring continuity between local execution and the European leadership agenda.

About The Position We’re seeking an interim commercial leader to head up our Flora Professional & Industrial Sales UKI division , shaping its presence across the UK and Ireland foodservice landscape during a key transition period. As Interim Head of Flora Professional & Industrial Sales UKI, you’ll lead our commercial strategy and execution across a broad range of channels—from Scalable QSR, High Street LSR, and Informal Eating Out to Regional Foodservice, Specialist Channels, Industrials, and Wholesale Route-to-Market (R2M). You’ll be joining and guiding a talented team, supporting strategic growth plans across both established customer relationships and high-potential emerging segments. This role is hands-on, dynamic, and vital to ensuring momentum as we continue expanding our portfolio and presence.
