Ideally you will have at least 3 years’ PQE gained within a leading law firm or regulator, however we would also be interested in candidates with in-house experience. Applicants should have a detailed knowledge of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and the FCA’s rules in the Consumer Credit sourcebook and relevant industry guidance and the Payment Services Regulations 2017.
