Summary: The Interim Global Benefits and Pensions Specialist at Colt Data Centre Services will be instrumental in developing and implementing a competitive benefits program that aligns with the company's goals and supports employee satisfaction. Reporting to the Senior Director of Reward and Talent Development, this role involves collaboration with HR, finance, and external vendors to ensure compliance and effectiveness of benefits offerings. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of global benefits practices and experience in managing benefits during organizational changes. This position is critical in fostering a supportive environment for talent attraction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive benefits strategy aligned with company culture and employee needs.
- Research and evaluate benefits options to create a competitive package.
- Identify and negotiate contracts with benefits providers.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations for benefit and pension plans.
- Develop communication plans to inform employees about benefits and enrollment processes.
- Manage the enrollment process and define benefits administration processes.
- Maintain accurate records of employee benefits and analyze data for decision-making.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and support Work Council consultations.
- Design and promote wellness initiatives and employee engagement programs.
- Support budgeting and cost management for employee benefits programs.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in benefits and pensions management, preferably in a global context.
- Strong knowledge of international benefits and pension regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software.
