Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of half and full year-end accounts and audit liaison.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Group accounts consolidation and intercompany accounting.
- Accounting for acquisitions, mergers, and disposals.
- Financial reporting under IFRS, UK GAAP, and US GAAP.
- Providing interim financial support and troubleshooting.
- Reviewing and improving financial systems, processes, and controls.
- Producing ad-hoc analysis and reports for senior management.
Key Skills:
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CA, or ITA) with post-qualification experience.
- Experience in financial reporting and accounting practices.
- Knowledge of P2P, R2R, and O2C processes is desired.
- Ability to work collaboratively with client finance teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
