Summary: The Creative Marketing Design Lead will support a prestigious motorcycle manufacturer by adapting and creating marketing assets for the EMEA region. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of materials. The successful candidate will leverage their graphic design expertise, particularly within the automotive or motorcycle industries, to meet the creative needs of the organization. This position is contract-based and requires immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining the EMEA asset library.
  • Managing and maintaining the EMEA Media Portal.
  • Collaborating with the Central London Brand Team to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Liaising with model Brand Managers to keep creatives and messaging current.
  • Meeting with Country Managers to fulfill market creative requirements.
  • Providing assets for model campaigns in coordination with the Paid Media Team.
  • Managing ad hoc requests related to assets and branding across Europe.
  • Adapting existing materials to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Managing the New Product checklist for timely asset availability.
  • Overseeing local creative agency support, ensuring budget adherence and quality standards.
  • Preparing and submitting status reports to stakeholders as required.
  • Supporting the wider Marketing Team to meet business objectives.

Key Skills:

  • Qualifications in Graphic Communication and/or Marketing, or relevant experience.
  • Highly skilled in Graphic Design within the Automotive and/or Motorcycle industries.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in a design agency with skills in directing and copywriting for campaigns.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of key art and its impact on branding.
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Resilience and energy to manage ambiguity and change.
  • Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
