Summary: The role of Interim Financial Reporting Accountant involves providing on-demand financial accounting services to clients across various industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of half and full year-end accounts and audit liaison
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Group accounts consolidation and intercompany accounting
- Accounting for acquisitions, mergers, and disposals
- Financial reporting under IFRS, UK GAAP, and US GAAP
- Providing interim financial support and troubleshooting
- Reviewing and improving financial systems, processes, and controls
- Producing ad-hoc analysis and reports for senior management
Key Skills:
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CA, or ITA) with post-qualification experience
- Experience in financial reporting and accounts preparation
- Knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, and US GAAP
- Experience with group accounts consolidation and intercompany accounting
- Ability to provide interim financial support and troubleshoot issues
- Experience in reviewing and improving financial systems and processes
- Knowledge of P2P, R2R, and O2C processes is desired
- Strong analytical skills for producing ad-hoc reports
