Summary: We are looking for a part-qualified or newly qualified Finance Project Coordination Manager to join a Revenue Team, ensuring Advisory projects are set up correctly, revenue is recognised accurately, and client billing is correct first time across complex, multi-entity and international environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in revenue recognition, billing processes, and project accounting, with strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Advisory revenue recognition across multiple entities, including month-end cut-offs, accruals, reversals, and intercompany flows
- Validate revenue and resolve exceptions in partnership with Financial Controllers and Accountants
- Drive reconciliation between ERP and CRM systems, implement remediation plans for gaps
- Ensure billing accuracy across multiple entities globally, including tax, contract, PO, and client portal requirements
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes, including duplicates, credits, and rebills
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Advisory projects in the ERP system, including setup, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation
- Lead UAT testing and coordinate fixes for invoice templates, VAT codes, and intercompany configurations
- Ensure compliance with local statutory and invoicing requirements across regions
- Create SOPs, process guides, and training materials; deliver training and communications on month-end close and timesheet discipline
Key Skills:
- Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Strong experience in project accounting, revenue recognition, or finance operations, ideally within Advisory or professional services
- Hands-on experience with multi-entity billing and revenue processes
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 and Salesforce

The Organisation
We are partnering with a growing, multi-entity organisation to appoint a Finance Project Coordination Manager on a 7 month fixed-term basis within their Revenue Team.
The Role
The role will support revenue operations, project setup in the ERP system, billing accuracy, month-end close, and stakeholder communication. You will work closely with Financial Controllers, Advisory project teams, and the FP&A function to ensure accurate, compliant, and insightful financial processes.
