Interim Finance Director – 6 month contract – Competitive rate (outside IR35) – Hybrid

We have an urgent requirement for a Finance Director to join a leading organisation. Reporting to the CFO, you help deliver a number of key transformation initiatives across the department. This is a hybrid role with travel needed to the office 3 days a week.

What you will be doing:

  • Assess current operations including systems and provide recommendations
  • Work with the CFO to help refine and implement the transformation strategy and also formulate & deliver a change management plan
  • Work with the wider leadership team and provide reports on progress against the plan
