Summary: The Enablement Support Team Member role is focused on supporting manufacturing and operational excellence within a leading aerospace manufacturing company. The position involves liaising with engineering teams, managing tooling and consumables, and driving compliance with lean manufacturing standards. This is a 12-month contract based in Broughton, requiring BPSS clearance eligibility. The role offers a competitive hourly rate through an umbrella company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with engineering and design teams to resolve production blockers
- Controlling and maintaining consumables and tooling
- Acting as the interface between Tool Control Centre and Operations (Calibration)
- Supporting Capex projects, facility improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing financial control and reporting
- Driving compliance with lean manufacturing, safety, and environmental standards
Key Skills:
- General knowledge and experience of aircraft assembly tools and techniques
- Experience of tooling and procedural documentation
- Practical competence in PC-based systems (SAP experience desirable)
- Ability to investigate and implement process improvements
- Knowledge of Lean systems and principles
Salary (Rate): £30.88 per hour

To support the Single Aisle Flow Line business, they are seeking an Enablement Support Team Member to join their team in Broughton.
THE ENABLEMENT SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER ROLE:
As an Enablement Support Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing and operational excellence. You’ll be responsible for:
- Liaising with engineering and design teams to resolve production blockers
- Controlling and maintaining consumables and tooling
- Acting as the interface between Tool Control Centre and Operations (Calibration)
- Supporting Capex projects, facility improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing financial control and reporting
