Interim Finance Director

Summary: An exciting opportunity exists for an Interim Finance Director to lead the finance function of a dynamic, customer-focused business across multiple UK sites. Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the finance function during the interim period, ensuring business continuity and strong financial governance.
• Oversee and manage daily cashflow reporting, forecasting, and working capital management.
• Provide strategic financial insight and analysis to support key business decisions.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial and management reporting across all business units.
• Work closely with operational leaders across multiple sites to drive financial performance and cost efficiency.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Support year-end activities and liaise with external auditors as required.
• Implement and improve financial systems and processes where needed.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director, Interim FD, or similar senior finance leadership role.
• Strong technical accounting skills with a solid understanding of daily cashflow operations.
• Experience within a multi-site environment is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with non-financial stakeholders and influence at a senior level.
