Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act and Environmental Information Regulations.
- Provide customer service to a diverse range of external customers from public, commercial, and political sectors.

- Manage and prioritize reactive workloads effectively.
- Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance customer service and IT skills.
